Important Information for Your Vacation in the Ötztal

Prices
Room prices are per day, based on the indicated number of persons and include breakfast, excluding local tax. The prices apply for stays of 4 days or more with a minimum occupancy of 2 people.
Apartment prices are per day, based on the indicated number of persons, excluding local tax and final cleaning.
In the summer, you will receive the Ötztal Inside Summer Card for free.
Local Tax
The local tax of €3.50 per person, per day will be charged extra. Children and teenagers under 15 years are exempt from the local tax.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival (check-in), a cash deposit of €130.00 per apartment is required, which will be fully refunded if the apartment is left undamaged and clean upon departure (check-out).
Children's Discounts in Rooms
Children's discount in an extra bed with 2 full-paying adults:
0–2 years: 100%
3–6 years: 50%
7–15 years: 20%
Short Stay Surcharge
For bookings up to 4 days, a 10% surcharge applies.
Arrival & Departure
Your room or apartment will be available from 3:30 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 7:00 PM, please inform us in advance. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room or apartment by 9:00 AM.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Smoking
Our house is a non-smoking establishment. We kindly ask you to smoke outside the house or on the balcony.
Payment Options
Only cash payments are accepted; we do not accept credit cards. Payment can be made in cash on-site upon arrival or via bank transfer in advance.
Cancellation Fees
- Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival.
- 30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total stay price.
- 6 days before arrival: 90% of the total stay price.
- In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the total stay price will be charged.
- In the event of an official government-issued travel warning, all reservations will be canceled free of charge.
